Fusion Projects Group (FPG) is an independent project development and commercial structuring firm. This page sets out the professional, regulatory, and operational boundaries within which FPG operates.
Fusion Projects Group supports project sponsors and asset owners by originating, structuring, and preparing infrastructure, energy, and real estate opportunities for capital engagement and delivery. Our work is focused on the front end of the project lifecycle, including commercial framing, governance design, ESG integration, and investor-grade readiness.
FPG operates independently of regulated financial services activities and does not provide services that require licensing or authorisation under the financial services or securities laws of the United Kingdom, the European Union, Latin America, or other jurisdictions.
Fusion Projects Group:
Does not act as a statutory certifier, regulator, or approving authority
Does not provide regulated financial advice or investment advice
Does not act as a broker, placement agent, underwriter, or capital raiser
Does not solicit investments or recommend securities
Any references on this website to “capital engagement”, “investor readiness”, or “capital platforms” relate solely to project structuring and preparatory activities, not to regulated financial services.
Where expressly requested by a client and subject to an agreed scope of work, Fusion Projects Group may facilitate introductions to institutional investors, capital platforms, or tokenisation and digital-asset platforms.
Such facilitation is:
Undertaken only after a project has achieved agreed commercial, governance, and diligence readiness thresholds
Limited to warm introductions or platform referrals
Non-exclusive and non-promotional in nature
Provided without solicitation, placement, or advisory activity
FPG does not act as an intermediary between investors and issuers and does not receive success-based fees linked to capital placement unless separately contracted and legally permissible.
References to tokenisation or digital-asset platforms reflect FPG’s role in preparing projects for potential engagement with alternative capital and structuring platforms, where appropriate and client-requested.
FPG does not issue, promote, market, or sell tokens or digital securities, and does not provide advice on the acquisition or disposal of digital assets. Any engagement with tokenisation platforms is undertaken by clients directly, subject to their own legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations.
In limited and opportunity-specific circumstances, Fusion Projects Group may participate in projects as a commercial partner. Any such participation is selective, non-systematic, and does not form part of FPG’s core structuring or advisory mandate.
Equity participation does not imply investment advice, endorsement, or certification of a project, and does not alter FPG’s independent role.
On a client-requested and fee-based basis, FPG may assemble project-specific Competent-Person and Credentials Packs to support diligence, underwriting, state submissions, or delivery governance.
Such support is provided only following:
A formal client request and accepted scope
Agreement of applicable fees and terms
Execution of confidentiality and contractual arrangements permitting credential sharing
Partner attestation and contracting under FPG verification protocols
These deliverables support governance and diligence processes and do not constitute certification, regulatory approval, or professional sign-off.
Project-specific information, identities, and materials are disclosed only on a confidential and NDA basis where appropriate. Public references on this website are intentionally high-level and do not constitute offers, solicitations, or invitations to invest.
FPG works across multiple jurisdictions and adapts its structuring, governance, and delivery support to local legal, regulatory, and market requirements. Clients remain responsible for obtaining their own legal, financial, tax, and regulatory advice in each relevant jurisdiction.
Fusion Projects Group provides project structuring, governance, and readiness support, not regulated financial services. Any investor introductions, platform referrals, or credential support are client-requested, facilitative, and bounded, and are undertaken within clearly defined professional and regulatory limits.
