The problem we solve
Large-scale infrastructure and real-asset projects frequently fail to reach funding or delivery not because they lack ambition, but because they are poorly framed, inadequately structured, or insufficiently aligned with institutional investment and delivery requirements.
Sponsors often face fragmented advice, unclear risk allocation, governance gaps, and a disconnect between technical feasibility and commercial reality — issues that typically surface only after time and capital have already been consumed.
Our role
Fusion Projects Group partners with sponsors and asset owners at the front end of the project lifecycle to prevent those failures — converting complex ideas into investment-ready, governable, and deliverable opportunities.
We prepare investor-grade project documentation, design full-lifecycle governance and ESG frameworks, and coordinate across sponsors, technical advisors, execution partners, and capital platforms to support efficient progression from concept through investment review and delivery.
Where appropriate and on an opportunity-specific basis, FPG may participate in projects as a commercial partner. Such participation is selective and does not form part of FPG’s core structuring or advisory mandate.
At a client’s express request and subject to agreed scope, FPG may facilitate introductions to institutional investors, capital platforms, or tokenisation and digital-asset platforms as part of a broader project structuring and readiness engagement. Any such facilitation is undertaken following completion of defined commercial, governance, and diligence readiness milestones and is limited to warm introductions or platform referrals.

Fusion Projects Group typically becomes involved during the early development and structuring phase of a project, prior to formal capital raising or procurement.
At this stage, FPG supports sponsors in defining project scope, structuring commercial frameworks, aligning governance and ESG requirements, and preparing investor-grade materials.
Optional Credentials & Competent-Person Packs
FPG maintains a vetted, global database of execution partners and competent persons across infrastructure, energy, real estate, and related delivery disciplines. Where requested by a client, we assemble tailored CP Packs comprising selected CVs, reference dossiers, verification evidence, and concise competent-person summaries aligned to the specific project, jurisdiction, and review requirement.
CP Packs are provided only following a formal client request, acceptance of applicable fees, execution of confidentiality and contractual arrangements, and partner attestation under FPG’s legal and verification protocols.
Competent-Person Packs are billable deliverables, issued under FPG's contracting frameworks, and are prepared to support governance, diligence, and delivery processes without implying financial, investment, or regulatory advisory authority.

FPG engagements are typically undertaken through defined structuring mandates agreed with project sponsors or asset owners. These mandates focus on project concept development, commercial structuring, governance design, and investor-readiness preparation.
Where appropriate and client-requested, FPG may coordinate specialist advisors, competent professionals, and delivery partners required to advance the opportunity through diligence and execution stages.
